June 13th, 2014 music sweeps across Palisade with the Palisade Bluegrass & Roots Music Festival.

Musical artists from across the country will converge in Palisade to play Bluegrass, country music, gospel, old time music, jug bands, Appalachian folk, Blues, Cajun and Native American music.

Join us September 18th - 20th, 2014 for the Colorado Mountain Winefest, a weekend packed with live music, great local fares, and some of the best wine produced in the region. Visit all of your favorite area wineries and meet the people behind Colorado’s premier wine scene. Who doesn’t love fresh, tree-ripened peaches? Visit Palisade August 14th - 17th, 2014 and try out all kinds of peach recipes at the annual Peach Festival. With more than 100 vendors, live music and plenty of outdoor activities, the Palisade Peach Festival can’t be missed! Do you like your activities with a little more "active" in them? Then the Palisade Bike Festival is a must. Or try out the bike tour at the Wine Festival. The choices are endless!

Prized for its perfume, medicinal properties, beautiful color and culinary zest, lavender has been one of the most popular herbs for centuries.


FRIDAY: Two different lavender experiences, you can choose an all-day Motor Coach Tour of lavender farms, with hands on learning experiences, lunch, and ending with wine & hors d'oeuvres reception at the Wine Country Inn. (Ticket Required) Or choose to take a ½ day Garden Tour of beautiful gardens in Mesa County that have incorporated Lavender into their landscape and then enjoy a lavender inspired lunch at The Wine Country Inn. (Ticket Required)

SATURDAY: Festival in Palisade Memorial Park. Find, high quality, lavender inspired and artisan crafted products of all kinds, enjoy music, food, cooking demos (free entry). Informative seminars and wreath making workshop back by popular demand! (Ticket Required). End the day at new Lavender Fest Gala Dinner: Spike it with Lavender – at the Wine Country Inn .

SUNDAY: Self-guided Agri-tours of farms, wineries, retailers. Each location is unique.
