In June, music sweeps across Palisade with the Palisade Roots Music Festival. Musical artists from across the country will converge at Palisade Colorado to play Bluegrass, country music, gospel, old time music, jug bands, Appalachian folk, blues, Cajun and Native American music

Join us in September for the Colorado Mountain Winefest, a weekend packed with live music, great local fares, and some of the best wine produced in the region. Visit all of your favorite area wineries and meet the people behind Colorado’s premier wine scene. Come and taste our wine at the Barrel Tasting event this spring and experience offerings from the Colorado vineyards that have made Palisade famous. Who doesn’t love fresh, tree-ripened peaches? Visit Palisade August 19th - 22nd and try out all kinds of peach recipes at the annual Peach Festival. With more than 100 vendors, live music and plenty of outdoor activities, the Palisade Peach Festival can’t be missed!  

Do you like your activities with a little more "active" in them? Then the Palisade Bike Festival is a must. Or try out the bike tour at the Wine Festival. The choices are endless!

42nd Annual Palisade Peach Festival is August 19-22, 2010

Ah, peaches – soft, sweet fruit with enough juice to run down your chin when you bite into one. Come and celebrate the peach with the 42nd annual Palisade Peach Festival. The festival kicks off four days of fun-filled, entertaining events and features more than 100 food, art and craft vendors, live music, a children’s area and various culinary activities.

The festivities begin with an ice cream social and street dance on Thursday, August 19. Friday, Saturday and Sunday is the festival itself at Riverbend Park with a variety of other events taking place around town.

Oh, yeah. Don’t forget the peaches!
